Appointments

Please follow these steps to request an appointment:

1. Find your preferred appointment time and location from the "Available" slots displayed.
   • Lincoln appointments are restricted to established patients of West Washington County Clinic. 
   • It may be helpful to identify more than one time to avoid back and forth messages.
   • ​Requests must be placed at least two (2) business days (Tuesday-Friday) prior to the selected appointment day and time.  Same day requests are limited to emergencies and must be made by phone.
     
2. Complete the Request Form on this page.
3. Your request will be reviewed and confirmed or an alternative will be suggested.
4. All requests received during normal business hours (Tuesday-Friday, 9am-6pm) will be answered the same day.  All others requests will be answered the following business day.
